Boyton farm house is a Grade II listed property dating back to around 1750. Situated at the foot of the moors, Boyton enjoys the beautiful back drop of the southern tors of Dartmoor. The house is surrounded by farm land and has its own 7 acres with access onto Dartmoor and a public footpath to Tavistock taking in the popular nearby village Inn at Whitchurch.

Guests have the use of a south facing garden adjacent to the house. For those wishing to ride on the moors, there are paddocks and parking for a horse box or trailor by prior arrangement.

There are 2 double bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 guests in total, benefitting from a private bathroom and dining area giving you the choice to eat in or out in the local pub (1km) or Tavistock town (3km).
