Having stayed enroute to Penzance we were sadly fully booked on their return journey…….“too bad, because from all the places we have seen we liked yours the most, specifically the kids.  They even asked to sleep the night in the car!!  Take care”

Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful and importantly comfortable home….you have pretty much everything covered especially for a roving toddler.  We thoroughly enjoyed meeting your horses and chickens (thank you & them for the fresh eggs!)  We hope to return again soon….

Just a note to say thank you very much for your hospitality during our recent stay with you.  Needless to say, it was a hectic week for us, although wonderful to know that at the end of the day we had such wonderful accommodation to return to.  The flat was immaculate and your offer of help was appreciated.  It does make a difference to us knowing how kind and supportive everyone is in the locality now that our son is living and working in the area.

Comments: What a lovely place!
Boyton Farmhouse is a lovely period farmhouse in a delightfully peaceful countryside setting at the edge of Dartmoor; not a road is to be seen or heard yet it is conveniently just a few minutes drive from the centre of Tavistock.

There is a beautiful private garden area to sit and relax in, and my younger children were delighted to meet with the family’s chickens and ponies!

We had an enjoyable evening meal at a good, friendly pub, within walking distance if you are feeling energetic, or just a quick drive away if you’re not.

We were made very welcome by the friendly owners for whom nothing was too much trouble.
