Our accommodation here at Boyton Farmhouse is quite unique. Our service is Bed & Breakfast with the benefit of being organised as a private self-contained apartment.

Organised over 2 floors with its own private staircase, the accommodation comprises of: 2 double bedrooms (one on the first floor and a further double bedroom on the second), a shower room and studio kitchen.

We will therefore only let both rooms under your one booking (i.e. to one family or group of friends travelling together) to ensure that the whole of the accommodation remains for your own private and exclusive use.

As our guests you also have the private use of a semi enclosed garden and seating area to the south side of the farmhouse. Should you wish to book the double room on second floor as a family room, we can provide you with additional bed spaces of either a travel cot – a single folding hotel bed or double futon.

Double Room on first floor:
£65 bed and breakfast per room per night
£50 bed and breakfast per room per night for single occupancy

Large Double Room on second floor:
£75 bed and breakfast per room per night
£60 bed and breakfast per room per night single occupancy

Discounted rates:

We are happy to offer a 10% discounted rate for over 3 nights stay

Children:

No charge for children under 8 years, £12 per night for children aged 8 and over
